Bommidala pulusu Preparation
Ingredients Bommidala pulusu :
bommidalu fish: 1/2 kg
oil: 4 tbsp
onions: choped 2 cups
tomatos: choped 1 cup
turmaric powder: 1/4 tsp
salt: as required
chillies: 5
red chilli powder: 1tbsp
dhania powder: 2 tsp
tamarind juice: 1 cup
ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
lemon juice: 2 tbsp
garam masala: 2 tsp
(grind dhania 2 tsp,chakka 1 inch, cloves 6, cardamums 3)
chakka: 1 inch
cloves: 6
cardamums: 3
coriander leaves
curry leaves

add turmaric, salt, lemon juice to fish and mix well and keep aside for 10 mts.
heat oil in a pan and add chakka, cloves, cardamums and fry for 2 mts.
add choped onions and chillies and fry up to onions turns light brownish
add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mts
add curry leaves, choped tomatos, turmaric, salt, dhania powder, redchilli powder and cook covered for 5 mts with low flame
add tamarind juice and cook covered for 5 mts
add fish and cook for 10 mts
add garam masala and remove from heat
add coriander leaves
I didn't taste it, but i know it is one of the most famous recipe in AP. Even my father likes this very much. Thank you for providing the procedure to cook easily. I will do it for my father.
